These Terms govern use of BizPrompt, operated by Palmetto Ridge Holdings LLC. By using the site or embedded application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use BizPrompt.

Informational and educational use only

BizPrompt provides general educational information about business planning, finance, marketing, management, economics, entrepreneurship, and related topics. It is not a lawyer, accountant, financial adviser, tax professional, investment adviser, lender, broker, or other licensed professional. It does not provide individualized legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, lending, employment, or regulatory advice.

AI limitations

Responses are generated with artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unsuitable, or inconsistent. BizPrompt does not verify every response or promise any business, financial, legal, tax, compliance, or investment outcome. You are responsible for evaluating information before relying on it.

Material decisions and professional review

BizPrompt output should not be the sole basis for contracts, filings, taxes, investments, financing, employment decisions, regulatory compliance, or other material business decisions. Review current primary sources and consult appropriately qualified professionals where appropriate.

Using BizPrompt does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, adviser, fiduciary, lending, brokerage, or other professional relationship. Information submitted to BizPrompt is not protected by professional privilege or a confidentiality duty created by such a relationship.

Your responsibilities

Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, access systems without authorization, reverse engineer protected service components, submit malicious content, infringe rights, or use output to misrepresent professional authority. Do not submit another person's private information or an organization's confidential information without appropriate authority.

Privacy and third-party services

Use is also subject to the Privacy Policy. BizPrompt relies on Namecheap/cPanel hosting, Streamlit Community Cloud, OpenAI, and Google Analytics. Those services may be unavailable, changed, or governed by separate terms and policies.

Intellectual property

BizPrompt names, branding, site materials, and original software and content are owned by Palmetto Ridge Holdings LLC or used with permission. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission beyond ordinary personal use of the service.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Availability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Palmetto Ridge Holdings LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on BizPrompt. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact
